Talking is an amazing and essential modality to our healing journey and proceeds all else! It helps us to dive deep and be raw with our feelings and truths enabling a unique treatment plan to form for our sessions. Through words, both spoken and written, we start the process to being YOU again!

Starting with a 15 minute free consultation to make sure that we are the perfect fit to work together, where you are comfortable and can ask any initial questions. Once we agree that yes we are both happy to go ahead, we then book in our first hour long Healing through words; conscious conversation.

Healing through Words
A sacred space for facilitating the best environment for your healing journey. A space where we can go deeper into traumas and life events that are keeping you from moving forward with your life. These sessions are unique to you and are there for you to be your true self with no judgement and full confidentiality. The sessions are up to an hour long and can be over video link if needed. Through the sessions I will offer advice, journal prompts and time for you to start the healing process.

Light language energy work! What is that?!
Light language is the sound of our soul, the language of light energy, sound tones, frequency and vibration. It is harmony and flow. It is speaking in tongues and singing from the soul. It comes with pure joy and bliss. Love and peace. It is our universal speak, soul to soul.
Energy work is where we utilize the pure and infinite possibilities available to us within the quantum field, and open, as channels, to embrace the frequencies and vibrational energies all around and within us. By working in the quantum we open up to the possibility that anything is possible and by surrendering to the field and allowing the highest vibrational energies, frequencies and technologies {from our galactic families} to work through us to help activate and heal the collective. Being totally open to the unknown is a must when working with the field.
By combining the two we can co create and heal the collective as well as ourselves.
